Have you ever re
ceived a gift for your birthday, anniversary or holiday and wondered what in the world the gift-giver was thinking? I have. I remember one Christmas when I was about 11 or 12 years old opening a package on Christmas morning and pulling out an old woman's handbag. I couldn't help it, I started ROFL and asked if I had opened my grandmothers gift by mistake. It hurt my mom's feelings because the gift really was for me. OMG! What was she thinking?
I've learned my lesson. Nowadays I send links to gifts I would love to receive so the gift-givers don't have to second guess my taste or interests. OK, I admit it, my tastes run a little quirky anyway, but I can't help it. I'm an Aquarian! I like unusual things. But the granny bag was just too much.
