It’s easier this month to develop better communication skills with your loved ones. Let’s take a look at each sign’s obstacles and solutions to a healthy relationship when it comes to talking with each other.

ARIES: Your biggest obstacle is that the only thing you find interesting to talk with others about is YOU. Drop the I-Me-Me-Me song and start talking about the other person. Part of a good relationship mean being heard and if you were to be honest, you’d know that your lover or previous lovers felt unheard. You are quick-witted and sometimes think you know what he or she is going to say before they say it. Stop interrupting and listen. Lucky Numbers 4, 7, 51, 50 40, 31

TAURUS: You have strong convictions in what you know and believe, which your lover enjoys. But your slowness in making a decision drives them crazy. To relieve the stress of your partner, tells him or she that you’ll think about it and get back to them with an answer. Preferably the same day! Because you are so fixed in your beliefs, you may have trouble hearing others who don’t share the same convictions. It’s a big world full of many views. Lighten up. VIRGO: You never miss a trick. For you listening and reading between the lines is more important than what your lover actually says. LIBRA: All you’ve ever wanted in your communication with your lover is grace, beauty, kindness and good manners. You have a kind and gentle heart and when things get ugly verbally, you find it disgusting. Sometime, in the name of peace, you’ll give up your own convictions just to get along with your honey. The danger of that, however, is that you start to feel like a doormat and blame him or her. The truth is, you need better boundaries and an agreement to moderate the voice levels and take turns talking and listening. Don’t be bullied in your communication. SCORPIO: Communication is not a tool to control others. Shocking, but true! You’re known to stop speaking entirely or, on the flip side, hog the conversation until you wear your lover out. Come on, grow up! No one loves more deeply or passionately than you, so why would you jeopardize a good thing by bullying someone you’re supposed to love? Instead of trying to power over your lover, use your extensive healing gifts to solve the problem. For every difficult area in your relationship, there is a solution. SAGITTARIUS: OMG, when will you ever learn to keep your foot out of your mouth? Just because it’s true does not mean you have to speak every single thought that comes into your head. Instead, if you’ve got something to say that may hurt his or her feelings, learn to slow down and say it this way, “When you...., I feel....I would feel better if instead you would.... So simple. CAPRICORN: Stop talking about your work. Your lover wants to hear that he or she looks good, or smells good, or cooked a nice meal. Get into bed and start talking about why you first fell in love with each other. Capricorns are known as the stuffed shirts of the zodiac. Harumph, harumph. You have great business communication skills, but you really need to stop bringing your work talk into your cozy bedroom love nest. AQUARIUS: Do people say your ideas are strange or unusual? Well, they are. You guys and gals are the brainiacs of the zodiac and I hear “Smart” is the new turn on. So, communicate to your lover about such odd things as what it would be like to have sex onboard a UFO. You look for a love partner who can keep up with you intellectually. Brainstorming is a real turn on for you but beware a tendency to intellectualize your love relationship and remember to include some feelings in your communication. PISCES: You are the zodiac’s psychic lover. Frequently you think words are unnecessary. You would prefer to merge auras and automatically assume your lover knows what you’re thinking about. They may or may not. Instead, try to speak the words of love which are so universal and spiritual that sometimes it’s hard to give a voice to them. Try anyway.
